Are artwork purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale.
Because each painting is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you require shipping, you are responsible for all shipping and packing costs. Shipping is coordinated through Navis Pack & Ship, and pricing varies based on the size of the artwork and the destination. Once your purchase is complete, please email info@charliejodesigns.com to be connected directly with Navis to arrange shipment.

When will I get my order?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive instructions to coordinate complimentary studio pickup in Dallas.
If you require shipping, please email info@charliejodesigns.com after completing your purchase. You'll be connected directly with Navis Pack & Ship to coordinate packing, shipping, and payment for shipping services.
Once shipping arrangements have been finalized and shipping costs have been paid, Navis will provide your estimated delivery date and tracking information (when applicable).
