I’m still trying to find the words to describe how grateful I feel. 10,000 of you are here!
What started as a love for color and a gift God placed on my heart has grown into something I never could have imagined. Watching Him guide this journey, open doors, and allow me to share my paintings from Dallas to homes across the country and beyond has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.
Ten thousand is such an exciting number, but what means the most to me are the people behind it. Every collector who has welcomed a painting into their home. Every person who has commissioned a piece rooted in their own palette, space, and story. Every person who has shared a post, liked a painting, left a kind comment, sent my work to a friend, or simply followed along as this little art business has grown. You have all played a part in this.
When I look back, I can see God’s hand through every season. From selling cards and painting house portraits in 2014, to studying Interior Design at the University of Alabama, moving to Dallas, creating more than 200 original pieces, and sending artwork to collectors across more than 15 states. Then came a sold-out 21-piece collection at Galleria Dallas, joining the artists at Paloma & Co. in Houston, and watching nearly that entire collection find homes within hours. I’m constantly blown away by what God is doing through Charlie Jo Designs + Fine Art.
Creating art is incredibly personal. Each painting begins quietly in my studio, often with a memory, a color, or a glimpse of beauty I can’t stop thinking about. Sharing those pieces can feel vulnerable, so watching them connect with you and become part of your collected homes is something I’ll never take for granted.
There is so much more ahead. I’m back in the studio working through commissions and beginning to dream about a brand-new collection launching exclusively with Paloma & Co. in January 2027. I can’t share much yet, but I already feel so excited about what’s taking shape.
My heart and cup are overflowing. Thank you for being here, for believing in my work, and for allowing me to keep creating. Here’s to more color, more beauty, and so many more paintings to come!
10K! We did it!
With love,
Charlie Jo
